Klavs Thulstrup Pedersen new President of Mekonomen Danmark AS

Klavs Thulstrup Pedersen was appointed as President of Mekonomen Danmark A/S. Klavs has an extensive career behind him with Nissens AS, where his most recent position was General Manager of the Automotive Division.

Klavs will commence his position at Mekonomen not later than April 1, 2007.
Petter Torp, who was Acting President in Denmark, will in future focus on his permanent position as President of Mekonomen Norge AS.

“It is very gratifying that we found a person with extensive sector experience, who could assume leadership in Denmark, following the restructuring that was implemented there,” says Roger Gehrman, President of Mekonomen AB.
