Invitation to teleconference regarding Mekonomen's agreement to acquire FTZ and Inter-Teams

In conjunction with Mekonomen's acquisition of FTZ, Inter-Teams and and its holding company Nordic Forum, which was announced on 6 July 2018, a teleconference will be held in English the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET.

Mekonomen's CEO Pehr Oscarson and CFO Åsa Källenius will present the acquisition and respond to questions. The presentation material will be available from 08.00 a.m CET on 6 July at www.mekonomen.com under the heading Investors/IR Presentations.
