Net revenues in December

The Mekonomen Group reported net revenues of SEK 170.5 M for December, which is the same amount as the corresponding period in 2005 (170.5). The currency impact on net sales is negative in an amount of SEK 5.5 M and, adjusted for the currency effect, net sales improved by 3.2 per cent compared with December 2005.

Accumulated net sales totaled SEK 2,432.4 M, which corresponds to an increase of 5.2 per cent compared with the year-earlier period (2,311.6). The currency impact on accumulated net sales is negative in an amount of SEK 10.7 M and, adjusted for the currency effect, accumulated net sales improved by 5.7 per cent compared with 2005.

The number of workdays in December 2006 in Sweden, Norway and Denmark was 19 (21).
