Company Management

The CEO is responsible for the ongoing management of the company in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act. The President is appointed and may be discharged by the Board and his work is continuously evaluated by the Board, which occurs without the presence of Group Management.

MEKO’s President and CEO, Pehr Oscarson, is Deputy Chairman of the Association of Swedish Wholesalers of Automotive Parts and Accessories (SBF) and member of the Board of Oscarson Invest Aktiebolag, and has no shareholdings or partial ownership in companies doing significant business with MEKO.
