MEKO Talent Program is an international leadership development program designed for employees with the ambition to grow, lead, and shape the future of mobility together with us.

Over 15 months, participants combine hands-on business experience with strategic and leadership development in an international environment across Northern Europe. The program brings together talents from across MEKO’s business areas and markets, creating valuable opportunities for collaboration, learning, and cross-border experience.

Learning through real business experience

The program is divided into three development blocks that combine practical experience, strategic assignments, and theoretical learning. During at least one block, participants take on an international assignment in one of MEKO’s Northern European markets.

By working closely with different parts of the organization and contributing to business-critical initiatives, participants gain valuable insights into MEKO’s operations, strategy, and future direction.

Each participant’s journey is tailored to their background, competencies, ambitions, and areas of interest — creating opportunities for both personal and professional growth within MEKO.
