Service and repair for company-owned vehicles: a growing business with great potential
The share of vehicles owned by companies and organizations is steadily increasing— and is expected to grow significantly across Europe in the coming years. MEKO has, for several years, developed a growing business focused on so-called fleet customers and is now scaling up efforts to meet the rising demand.
“We’re pleased to see our fleet business continue to grow, both organically and through strategic initiatives. In recent years, interest in our offering has steadily increased, while we’ve also been evolving both the service content and its administration. We’re signing agreements with new companies and extending contracts with existing clients—a clear sign that we’re focusing on the right things,” says Oskar Hjertquist, Head of International Sales at MEKO.
Focus on scalability and innovation to enhance the customer experience
Since 2020 (–2024), revenue from fleet sales has grown by more than 70 percent. Through close dialogue with fleet owners, MEKO can tailor its service offerings — flexibility that is also reflected in the digital administration of the Fleet Portal.
“Our offering is scalable and can be customized to meet each customer’s needs. MEKO is an ideal partner for organizations managing vehicle fleets. We have an unmatched network of workshops across several markets, we welcome all car makes and models nd for the customer, it’s much smoother to work with a single partner instead of many. We’re seeing that more and more businesses value this,” says Oskar Hjertquist.
Simple solutions for vehicle fleets across more markets
MEKO’s fleet offering has long been established in Sweden and Denmark and is continuously evolving to meet new technological opportunities and changing customer needs. As MEKO rolls out its service in more markets, new growth opportunities arise. In 2024, the service was launched in Finland, and implementation in Norway is now underway.
“There’s strong demand for tailored services for companies with large vehicle fleets in multiple markets. With 50 years of experience in vehicle service and spare parts delivery, we have the expertise required. We also know that a strong focus on innovative digital solutions leads to greater customer satisfaction — and that’s something we excel at,” says Oskar Hjertquist. “With established concepts and a comprehensive network of workshops, our fleet service offering has successfully expanded into new markets.”
MEKO’s fleet solution simplifies service and repair for vehicle owners and helps workshops attract more returning customers. Workshops also gain access to an efficient system that handles administrative tasks—allowing them to focus more on service and repairs.

Fleet portal – a digital tool that drives efficiency and growth
For both customers and workshops, the system is straightforward: there’s only one platform to log into, whether the vehicle needs repairs, regular service, or other maintenance. Additionally, all service history is stored in the system, which also manages invoicing. The system is at the forefront with its functionality and user experience, but like all technology, it requires ongoing improvements to increase efficiency and integration with other tools.
“This is an area where MEKO is leading the industry. Our platform is designed to serve both the customer and the workshop, and we are continuously developing it to enhance usability. We understand that many systems and platforms need to work together in a workshop environment. Our goal is to give automotive technicians more time to focus on their expertise, and less time on administrative tasks,” says Oskar Hjertquist.

This is where MEKO strengthens its role as an educator and guide through an industry undergoing rapid change.
