For both customers and workshops, the system is straightforward: there’s only one platform to log into, whether the vehicle needs repairs, regular service, or other maintenance. Additionally, all service history is stored in the system, which also manages invoicing. The system is at the forefront with its functionality and user experience, but like all technology, it requires ongoing improvements to increase efficiency and integration with other tools.
“This is an area where MEKO is leading the industry. Our platform is designed to serve both the customer and the workshop, and we are continuously developing it to enhance usability.
