Norway is one of the world's leading markets for electrified mobility, creating new opportunities as well as increasing demands on technical expertise. Through the Mekonomen, MECA, and Preqas brands, MEKO has established a strong position within both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.
Operations are supported by a highly automated central warehouse in Vestby together with a nationwide distribution network, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries to workshops across the country. Combined with strong local expertise and technical support, this enables customers to service an increasingly advanced vehicle fleet.
To support the transition towards electrified mobility, MEKO provides technical training, specialist expertise, and continuous competence development, helping workshops safely service and repair electric, hybrid, and conventional vehicles.
The Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) is a Norwegian law aimed at increasing transparency around companies’ efforts to uphold human rights and decent working conditions within their own operations and supply chains.
